Am I the only one who takes an inordinate amount of time to chop an onion? It's really quite ridiculous.  

In this White Chili recipe, you chop two onions. Also, my finished product doesn't turn out looking very "white." But luckily, it's delicious, so I guess I can handle it.

This time I sautéed the chicken breasts. Next time I think I will boil them like in my chicken soup recipe. I topped my finished chili with Monterey Jack cheese, Greek yogurt and a little salsa.
